• Kohn's ships product every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, excluding Jewish Holidays and the day before Jewish Holidays.  Orders received by 4:00 PM CST on Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday.  Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
• Kohn's Kosher Market ships via Fed Ex.  You may choose between Standard Overnight (delivery the next business day by 4pm EST) or 2nd day delivery, which is much more economical.
• You will be notified via email when your order ships and via telephone for the expected arrival date and time.  It is your responsibility to pick up your order when it is delivered.
• Kohn's uses the best shipping cartons and ice packs to ensure freshness at delivery.
• There is a minimum $50 product purchase amount for this web site.  If your purchases (not including shipping charges) are less than $50 you will be prompted to re-process your order to meet the $50 minimum.
• All orders shipped in the State of Missouri will be charged sales tax at the rate of 5.725%
• All weights and shipping costs on your shopping cart are approximate.  Your final billing and shipping costs will be based on the final, actual weight of your order.
• Shipping is calculated by weight not by volume, therefore, there may be an adjustment to the shipping rate if an additional box is needed from your grocery or butcher order.  In addition, shipping weights and costs calculated on the web site are approximate.  You will be billed for the actual weight and shipping cost of your order after it is filled.
